EXECUTIVE BOARD - 2023

Aaron Hoffman - President

My family and I moved to our home on the lake in the summer of 2016. I am a history teacher at Ellington High School. My family and I enjoy the lake in all seasons but especially love the summer days working in our garden and waving to passing boaters. I am committed to protecting and preserving our lake for future generations to enjoy.
David Raffauf - Vice President
I reside at the south end of the lake and Orange, Connecticut as well as Ft Myers, FL. I am currently in charge of membership and would love to meet everyone on the lake. I enjoy time with my wife and meeting all our new friends.

Laurel Mangan - Secretary

A graduate of UConn Law School, I currently practice law (elder law) in Rockville, CT and reside in Ellington, CT. I have been coming to the lake for 40+ years. I love to swim and kayak around it. I enjoy the beauty and I am serving as secretary because I care about the health and well-being of the lake.

Patricia Raffauf - Treasurer

I reside at the south end of the lake and Orange, Connecticut as well as Ft Myers, FL. I recently retired about a year ago after almost 40 years in the finance business. I join the board as Treasurer with great enthusiasm. Being very passionate about fund raising and helping others, I am sure I will be a great asset to the Staffordville Lake Association. My husband David and I love living on the lake and look forward to meeting each and every one of you! It truly has brought us many happy moments of peace, making a lot of memories with our family and friends. I’m confident that my (our) love of this lake will push me (us) to great lengths to preserve the health of our water and financial well being of the Association through growth and fresh ideas.

Staffordville Lake Association has a wonderful, hard working Board of Directors this year and we are all looking forward to enjoying the beauty and benefits Staffordville Lake has to offer!
